Print This PostThe National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health (NCCMH) have published The Dementia Care Pathway – Full implementation guidance. This is one of a suite of mental health care pathways developed on behalf of NHS England to support the delivery of the ambitions of The Five Year Forward View for Mental Health and the Next Steps on the NHS Five Year Forward View.
The guidance outlines the associated benchmarks to support improvements in the delivery and quality of care and support, for people living with dementia and their families and carers. It builds on NHS England’s Implementation guide and resource pack for dementia care.
