Psychiatrist with over 30 years’ experience working with people with dementia. Major research interests in detection, diagnosis, prevention and clinical trials in dementia and in understanding loneliness and its impact on brain health.

I played tennis at international level for Ireland in another life.
Why did you choose to work in dementia?
To change the narrative around dementia and to improve the quality of life for people with dementia.
