Tell us a little about yourself:

I was diagnosed with a rare form of dementia, Posterior Cortical Atrophy, in 2016 aged 57. Since then, I have engaged heavily with the research field, seeing it as the route to a cure for this disease.

Owned by a Dandy Dinmont; a terrier, 80 born a year

Why did you choose to work in dementia research?

Catnip to the brain, keeping me out of Care.
