Name:
Jordan Clark
Job title:
Public Affairs Officer
Place of work / study:
What does your work involve
I work in the Public Affairs team at Alzheimer’s Society, and lead on the research portfolio. It’s my job to take the charity’s campaign calls on this area to politicians, to try and influence them to make policy changes to improve the lives of people with dementia.
Tell us a little about yourself:
Before working at Alzheimer’s Society, I worked for a couple of MPs in Parliament. Then I decided I wanted to get out into the real world and took up my role at Alzheimer’s Society. I love meeting with MPs and Peers and explaining to them the great work Alzheimer’s Society are doing and what they can do to support people with dementia further.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself:
I have a completely irrational fear of whales and dolphins.
