Tell us a little about yourself:
I am a social gerontologist and Atlantic Fellow for Equity in Brain Health with the Global Brain Health Institute, Trinity College Dublin. I am also a brain health consultant and a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Dementia Research at Leeds Beckett University in the UK. My work focuses on brain health equity and the promotion of inclusive policies, creative engagement and unique outputs to support awareness about brain health and improve quality of life across the lifespan- from early adulthood to older age. I co-leads the Next Generation Brain Health Study: an international research program about brain health in young adults. I serve on the Global Fellow Advisory Board for the Atlantic Institute.

I run very long distances for fun.

I saw it is an opportunity to help others through my work.
