I am a final year PhD researcher at the UEA, with a passion for mental health. Hydration and the health of older adults who live in the community is also a research interest of mine.

Don’t be afraid to contact people – even if it’s just to thank an author for writing a fantastic paper, or to ask for related readings – the worst someone can say is no
What book are you reading right now? Would you recommend it?
I am re-reading the Lord of the Rings! 100% recommend – or the Hobbit for a smaller story
