Tell us a little about yourself:
Before joining UCL I did my PhD in computational chemistry at The Institute of Cancer Research, looking at how we can use computers to design drugs. I have a strong interest in applications for AI and technology in the healthcare and biomedical fields. Outside of work I am keen Crystal Palace fan and lover of food and drink.

When I was 18 I got a tattoo of pi on the back of my head…
Why did you choose to work in dementia:
Our understanding of the brain and dementia is year behind our understanding of other diseases such as cancer. This means there’s a lot of really interesting and challenging problems to work on.
