In a previous post, “What is Research Misconduct? Part 1: Plagiarism” Elisabeth about the Office of Research Integrity (ORI), and their definition of the different types of science misconduct. ORI defines plagiarism as the “appropriation of another person’s ideas, processes, results, or words without giving appropriate credit“.
