The Personalised Care Institute’s flagship online conference, The Multimorbidity Challenge: A Personalised Care Approach, is taking place on Thursday 26 September 2024, from 9.00 am to 14.00 pm.
Join to explore the latest initiatives, research and practical examples on using personalised care approaches to support people with multiple long-term conditions.
The conference will feature a keynote address from Sir David Haslam – a former Chair of NICE, as well as a former President and Chair of the RCGP, and a notable writer and healthcare policy consultant along with sessions delivered by leading academics, expert health and care professionals, and people with lived experience, covering a range of important topics such as hospital admission, health and ethnic inequalities, healthy ageing, and more.
