Mindful Aging: Men’s Brain Health Webinar brought to you by The Alzheimer’s Association and Spalding University. This is a free virtual program for anyone who would like to attend on June 27th 4:00pm to 5:30m CT.
This program will talk about the importance of sleep hygiene and its effects on the brain. We will also discuss the warning signs of Alzheimer’s disease and the importance of early detection.
