AAIC® Advancements: Modernising Diagnosis

AAIC® Advancements: Modernizing Diagnosis will feature global perspectives on the science of Alzheimer’s diagnosis, detection and monitoring. Areas of focus include the Revised Criteria for Diagnosis and Staging of Alzheimer’s Disease, Treatment-Related Amyloid Clearance (TRAC), biomarker advancements, clinical case studies and more.
As science advances and evolves, so do approaches to describing and diagnosing Alzheimer’s disease. In particular, we now have a better understanding of the changes in Alzheimer’s biomarkers throughout the course of the disease. Join the global research community to discuss geographic-specific implications and considerations.

Research Themes
All are invited to submit abstracts on the latest research in Alzheimer’s diagnosis, detection and monitoring. Abstract themes will be aligned with Scientific Sessions, including:
- The Landscape for Diagnosis in Asia.
- Revised Criteria for Diagnosis and Staging.
- The Interplay and Integration of Biomarkers: Core Biomarkers and Co-Pathologies.
- Can Blood Tests Stand Alone in Alzheimer’s Disease Diagnosis?
- Implications of Amyloid-Lowering Treatments.
- Towards Earlier Diagnoses: Ethics and Opportunities for Secondary Prevention.
- Real-World Applications – Case Studies.
