2024 Research & Development Conference
October 14 - October 17
We’re excited to share that our 4th annual (virtual) Research and Development (R&D) national conference, hosted by Sam Topping (R&D Manager here at HWHCT) and the R&D Team here at HWHCT, this year will run (virtually) from Monday 14.10.24 – Thursday 17.10.24 (inclusive).
We’re very pleased to be welcoming some truly fantastic speakers including:
Dr Claire Minshull; Prof Danielle van der Windt and Dr Serenna Simmons on Monday 14 Oct: Strengthening & Conditioning and MSK Focus inc session on behavioural change
Prof Matthew Broome and Prof Joanna Moncrieff (speaker 3 tbc) on Tuesday 15 Oct: Psychiatry – Psychosis focus
Dr Emma Wolverson; Dr Vanessa Raymont and Adam Smith on Wednesday 16 Oct: Dementia focus
Dr Natasha Lord & Aaron Smith (other speakers tbc) on Thursday 17 Oct: What’s happening in Herefordshire and Worcestershire?
We’re nearly there with our speakers so watch this space for updates.
The aim of our annual conference is to promote and share updates/news within the ‘Research world’ alongside raising the profile of research as well as hearing from experts in their field. It really is an event not to be missed!
At last year’s conference we had over 660 delegates apply for tickets across the different conference sessions and this year we hope it will be as popular. Once again tickets will be FREE and available to book via Eventbrite (to go on sale end of July) and audience wise it’s an open invite – everyone is welcome to attend.
Sam Topping (R&D Manager, HWHCT)
The conference sessions will be recorded with recordings made available to delegates who attended and on our R&D intranet and webpages.
