Australasian Neuropsychiatric Syndromes Symposium 2025

Join us for the inaugural Australasian gathering of clinicians, researchers and health professionals focused exclusively on the assessment of neuropsychiatric syndromes in dementia. 3rd to 5th February 2025. Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA), 139 Baker Street, Sydney, Australia.
Registration is free of charge to attend ANSS. Applicants are required to complete the online application form and to submit an abstract if they intend to apply for one of the Travel Awards. Attendees are required to attend all three days of the Symposium.
Priority for registration will be given to attendees who submit an abstract, are ISTAART members and applicants from Low-and-Middle Income Countries (See the full list here).

About ANSS 2025
This 3-day dynamic capacity building symposium offers Early Career Researchers (e.g. PhD students, postdocs) and Early-Mid-Career Researchers from the Australasian region an opportunity to:
• Explore cutting-edge research in the diagnosis, management and care of neuropsychiatric symptoms.
• Learn about analytical approaches for neuropsychiatric symptom data.
• Present your own research on neuropsychiatric symptoms and network with other researchers in your field.
Day 1: Australian and international experts will give state-of-the-art topical and theoretical presentations providing attendees with advanced and timely theoretical understanding of recent advancements in the fields of neuropsychiatric symptoms and data analytic approaches to neuropsychiatric symptoms.
Day 2: Attendees will have the opportunity to obtain hands-on experience in using advanced analytic approaches for neuropsychiatric symptoms data. Participants will have the opportunity to bring their data and engage with the expert team on topics relating to their own research program.
Day 3: Attendees will have the opportunity to present their own research programs through a series of short oral presentations and poster sessions. A networking event will provide attendees with an opportunity to engage with other researchers in their field and foster new collaborative opportunities.
